1. Composition

Condensed tannins extracted by exotic wood.

2. General features

TAN ROUGE light beige color tannins blend, soluble in water and wine, extracted from wood with elegant hints of red fruit and cherry, high tannic acid concentration. The innovative extraction process uses low processing temperatures in order to maintain unaltered the organoleptic characteristics and the reactivity of the molecule, which, in this way, maintains a particularly high antioxidant power.

3. Application

TAN ROUGE has several action:

  1. Restores the tannins / anthocyanins ratio, wines made from grapes with low phenolic maturity;
  2. Avoid of free radicals formation and protects from oxidation;
  3. Concur optimally to maintenance of wine aromas, over time;
  4. It stabilizes the color considerably, improving at the same time the structure and the freshness to the smell.

4. Dosage and Instructions for use

FERMENTATION:               1 - 30 g/hl

Dissolve one part TAN ROUGEinto 10 parts water or wine, stirring continuously. Add the resulting solution to the wine or must during pumping over, using a Venturi tube or proportioning pump.

It is the customer's Liability to ensure that the use of tannin and the applied dosages comply with laws and regulations governing use in the finished product for which it is used.

Of course, the integrity of the product is guaranteed only if it is stored as indicated in this technical data sheet.

5. Regulatory information and law compliance

TAN ROUGEis GMO free and allergen free.

6. Packaging and storage conditions

1 kg (2,204 lb) - 25 kg (55,12 lb) bag /plastic jar/sachet.

This product maintains its quality standards for a period of three years, provided it is kept at room temperature in a sealed package.

Storage in a refrigerated environment further extends the life of the product.

Prolonged exposure to temperatures exceeding 35°C (95°F), and/or to humidity and oxygen reduces its efficacy.
