  1. 1.COMPOSITION

Blend of condensed and hydrolyzed tannins

2. GENERAL FEATURES

Condensed tannin designed to preserve the aromatic notes of white and red wines.

TAN MIMOSA effective antioxidants, with condensed polyphenols, responsible for the bonding of the anthocyanins. It has been specifically formulated for its gentle impact on aromatic and flavor components of the wine. Due to its composition and to the purity of the tannins TAN MIMOSA affects only the structure of the wine and it does not cover the fruit notes from the grape or from the fermentation.

1-protect and stabilize color;

2- Aromatic profile developing;

3- Improve structure and balance.

4. DOSAGE and INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Fermentation:    5 – 20 g/hl (50 - 200 ppm - 0.42-1.67 lbs / 1,000 gal)

Microox:            4 - 7 g/hl (40 - 70 ppm - 0.33 - 0.58 lbs / 1,000 gal)

Dissolve one part TAN MIMOSA into 10 parts water or wine, stirring continuously. Add the resulting solution to the wine or must during pumping over, using a Venturi tube or proportioning pump.

It is the customer's Liability to ensure that the use of tannin and the applied dosages comply with laws and regulations governing use in the finished product for which it is used.

Of course, the integrity of the product is guaranteed only if it is stored as indicated in this technical data sheet.

8. Packaging and storage conditions

25 kg (55,12 lb) bag.

This product maintains its quality standards for a period of three years, provided it is kept at room temperature in a sealed package.

Storage in a refrigerated environment further extends the life of the product.

Prolonged exposure to temperatures exceeding 35°C (95°F), and/or to humidity and oxygen reduces its efficacy.
